December 30, 2004 - OSHA violations top 100,000

FYI...check out the link below...and I am sure you will realize yet another reason to promote 'Certified Green' cleaning chemicals.
The link indicates that of the top 12 categories for violations of OSHA, 4 positions involved chemicals (positions 3, 6, 9 and 12). Note that there were close to 80,000 violations that were considered serious, and fines were approximately $157 million.
