According to last month's survey, price increases continue to challenge the profit margins of distributors. While staying away from selling overseas, the majority feel that manufacturers are trying to sell direct to your customers. Here are the complete results:

1. My profit margins are shrinking mainly because of price increases that I have to absorb:

2. I can't compete on price because the "local" competition now has the buying power of a master distributor or a retail big box store:
